Guest Speaking Agreement Form

This Agreement is made between:


Speaker: RJ Perkins, Awaken Your Purpose

Scope of Services

RJ Perkins agrees to provide guest speaking services on the agreed topic(s), including:

  • A live presentation of approximately 60 minutes

  • Q&A session, if applicable

  • Optional promotional support prior to the event

Fees & Payment

  • Honorarium: $

  • Payment due: [Before/After Event]

  • Payment method: PayPal

Travel & Expenses

Cancellation Policy

  • If canceled by host within 14 days of the event, 50% of the fee is due.

  • If canceled by host within 48 hours, full fee is due.

  • If canceled by RJ Perkins, Awaken your Purpose due to emergency, all payments will be refunded and efforts will be made to reschedule.

Audio/Video Recording & Media Use

Recording or photographing the presentation must be approved in writing by Speaker. Any recorded content used publicly must credit “RJ Perkins, Awaken Your Purpose.”

Intellectual Property

All presentation materials, slides, and content remain the intellectual property of RJ Perkins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
